Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Housekeeping Operations Manager for the Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando. You will oversee daily shift operations across Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry, directing staff to maintain clean guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas while monitoring the operating budget.

You will inspect guestrooms, manage staffing and training, and ensure adherence to SOPs/LSOPs to achieve high guest satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years' experience in housekeeping or related area.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
• Experience in managing housekeeping operations and budgets.
• Leading HR activities and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Housekeeping operations and budgets.
• Inspect guestrooms on a daily basis.
• Schedule employees to meet business demands and track attendance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and LSOPs and maintain guest/service standards.
• Lead employee recognition and training programs.
