• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and industry standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and other departments.
• Conduct performance evaluations, discipline, and provide coaching to housekeeping staff.
• Develop and manage department budget and expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
