Nexus of Belleville is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and manage daily operations at our Belleville, IL facility. The role requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

You will supervise staff, implement cleaning protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with other departments to support seamless operations.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in housekeeping management or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping department operations including scheduling, training and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Review and improve procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, staff and other departments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff.
• Develop and manage department budget and expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
