Job summary

The STRAT in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead the housekeeping department, driving cleanliness, efficiency, and guest-ready environments. The role focuses on staff recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee payroll, budgeting, and daily operations while maintaining a culture of exceptional guest service across the property.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Hospitality or Housekeeping operations with leadership/ scheduling experience.
• Proven decision-maker under pressure in dynamic settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and coach.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage staff to support high performance and service excellence.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery under leadership guidance.
• Establish and uphold service standards to meet guest expectations and goals.
• Oversee daily operations, staff workflows, orientations, retraining, and compliance updates.
• Maintain attendance, productivity logs, and personnel records; manage payroll and billing.
• Schedule staffing in line with occupancy; contribute to budget planning for housekeeping and uniforms.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and regulations where applicable.
• Provide outstanding guest service promptly and maintain guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
