Job summary

The McCormick Scottsdale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced housekeeping leader to oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort setting.

You will mentor a diverse team, manage budgets and scheduling, coordinate with maintenance, and implement safety and quality programs to deliver exceptional service and growth opportunities for staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in hospitality
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification in hospitality management, housekeeping operations, or safety programs preferred
• Bilingual skills may be preferred based on workforce demographics
• Experience managing budgets and payroll controls

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure service standards
• Coach, develop, and inspire employees
• Monitor quality audits and cleanliness scores
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory
