Job summary

The McCormick Scottsdale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, seeks a dedicated Houseperson/Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness across public areas and support housekeeping operations. You’ll assist with linens, amenities, and setup for meetings and events while delivering friendly guest service.

Ideal candidates have hospitality passion, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas such as lobby, corridors, restrooms, meeting spaces, and fitness center.
• Assist Housekeeping by stocking closets and delivering linens and amenities.
• Support Room Attendants with trash removal, soiled linens, and recycling tasks.
• Transport clean and dirty linens between housekeeping and laundry.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms and banquet spaces as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to safety procedures and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to the appropriate team.
