Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to act as the primary contact in daily housekeeping operations. You will assign rooms to attendants, dispatch staff, and support the overall efficiency of the department.

Excellent communication and strong organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities include logging guest requests, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Experience with Opera property management system preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact in Housekeeping operations.
• Assign rooms to attendants and dispatch staff.
• Log guest requests and prioritize responses.
• Coordinate paging and key inventory.
• Maintain housekeeping records and reports.
