Washington Hilton (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/dcawhhh-washington-hilton/) is looking to welcome a Housekeeping Manager to join the team!

The Washington Hilton, which has 1,107 rooms, is located less than 2 miles from The White House and the National Mall. Our 100 team members report to our Director of Housekeeping.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of recent experience in a Housekeeping Management role within hospitality. Knowledge of OnQ is ideal. Proven ability to lead a team. Passion for excellence and thrives in a high-volume environment. Experience in larger hotels is preferred. Must be able to work varying shifts.

Shift Pattern: Full availability (weekday, weekend, and holidays) AM/MID/PM shifts

Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will manage daily Housekeeping operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily Housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Ensure rooms are ready and available to guests promptly
• Manage systems use, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, policy enforcement, and meetings
• Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
• Oversee and conduct room inspections
• Recruit, interview, and train team members
