Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead day-to-day housekeeping operations in a Las Vegas property. You will train, coach, and counsel staff while ensuring a safe, guests-first environment aligned with the company’s KEEP values.

You’ll oversee scheduling, payroll, team development, and cross-department collaboration to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of management experience with at least two years in housekeeping management at progressively higher levels of responsibility.
• High school or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and applicable laws/regulations impacting housekeeping.
• Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and management in English.

Responsibilities

• Interact with all Housekeeping Department staff; provide leadership, coaching, and feedback.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and delegate tasks to staff.
• Oversee scheduling procedures and payroll reporting for housekeeping.
• Develop skills and growth of the team; promote a team-oriented culture.
• Ensure rooms are prepared and updated in the Property management system.
• Maintain open communication across departments to enhance guest experience.
• Respond to guest service interactions professionally to achieve positive resolutions.
