Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for Outlook Inn to lead daily housekeeping operations, uphold standards, and manage budgetary performance. You will train staff, monitor safety, and collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, rigorous inspections, and proactive problem-solving to maintain high service levels across guestrooms and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a housekeeping management role at an inn, hotel, resort or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, including writing contracts, reports, business correspondence, and operations manuals.
• Strong financial management skills, including budget management, expense control, forecasting and analysis of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department following policies and procedures.
• Develops and implements procedures to meet or exceed established standards and goals.
• Conducts daily inspections of guestrooms and back-of-house areas.
• Manages the department budget, monitors revenue, expenses and labor costs.
• Ensures equipment is maintained and used properly, reports unsafe conditions.
