Placemakr is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead a team of Housekeepers and Housepeople, ensuring top-notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction across on-site properties. You will drive daily operations, coaching, scheduling, and performance management in a remote-first environment where in-person gatherings occur periodically across the US.

The role requires 4+ years in housekeeping with at least 2 years in a leadership position, a focus on safety, policy compliance, and exceptional guest

Formación

• 4+ years of housekeeping or cleaning experience (hospitality-specific experience a plus!)
• 2+ years of experience as a team lead, supervisor or mentor which allows you to excel at supervising all housekeeping team members during your shift.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day management of a team of Housekeepers and Housepeople, leading daily stand-ups and feedback.
• Schedule creation and communication for a team of Housekeepers and Housepeople, ensuring shift coverage and training.
• Maintain cleanliness standards, inspect units, manage inventory and department spend within budget.
