Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department.
• Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, hires new employees as needed and takes disciplinary actions when policies are not followed.
• Purchase, reorder and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department.
• Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.
