Endeavor Hotels seeks a Housekeeping Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Midway Airport to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and uphold Marriott brand standards.

You will lead and develop team members, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate room readiness with Front Desk and Maintenance, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates. Weekend, holiday flexibility required.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Housekeeping ManagerFairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Midway AirportPosition SummaryThe Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and compliance with Marriott brand standards.
