• Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure rooms and public areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, replenish towels and amenities.
• Address guests’ queries and requests promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to enhance their stay.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for guests and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient room turnover and maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
• Manage guest requests and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and enhancing guest experience.
• Assist in the inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
• Uphold the hotel's commitment to providing a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests through diligent cleaning and service excellence.
