Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience as a supervisor or manager in hospitality.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs, brand standards and hospitality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the cleaning of all guests' rooms and public areas.
• Provide daily cleaning assignments to the housekeeping staff.
• Ensure that all housekeeping associates have been thoroughly trained and consistently follow service standards and procedures.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Maintain payroll and departmental expenses to meet the approved budgets and forecasts.
• Recruit, train, and coach housekeeping staff and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
