Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations, including maintaining cleanliness and quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
• Ensure timely and efficient cleaning and availability of rooms for guests.
• Oversee systems use, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and overall departmental management.
• Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Conduct room inspections and oversee recruitment, interviewing, and training of team members.
