We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to ensure our guests enjoy exceptional accommodations and service.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Ensuring timely and efficient availability of clean rooms for guests
• Managing systems, controlling costs, budgeting, forecasting, and enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
• Conducting room inspections
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
