Castle Hill Inn in Newport, RI is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the entire Housekeeping Department, including laundry and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest readiness across the resort.

You will lead recruitment, training, scheduling, inventory control and budget monitoring while collaborating with Front Desk and Maintenance to maintain high standards and outstanding guest experiences. Newport Restaurant Group supports our 100% employee-owned culture.

Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join the team.

Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn – a Relais & Chateaux hotel – is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team. About the Position

In the Housekeeping Manager role, you will be responsible for the management of the entire Housekeeping Department, including laundry and public areas. This person ensures cleanliness of all internal and external areas of the resort through daily inspections. This position is also responsible for departmental ordering and inventory as well as maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

• Plan, assign, and inspect all housekeeping work to ensure company standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Maintain accurate inventory, order supplies, and monitor labor and supply expenses to stay within budget.
• Work closely with Front Desk, Maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations, timely room readiness, and issue resolution.
