Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments at our Indiana property. You will ensure cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction, and maintain guest rooms, public spaces and staff areas in top condition.

A proven leadership background and strong communication, plus a passion for training future leaders, are essential. You’ll work in a fast paced environment, adapt to changing needs and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Experience with upscale hotel properties is a plus.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
