White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments at a premium hotel property. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while leading financials, payroll, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping in upscale hotels.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage payroll, scheduling and financial tasks.
• Prior supervisory experience required; brand hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
