White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Hospitality Associate to split time between Housekeeping Aide and Laundry at our Milwaukee-area hotels. You’ll help provide the highest level of guest service by cleaning, restocking, and maintaining orderly spaces to meet our standards.

• Experience delivering high guest service.
• Ability to take initiative and self-motivate.
• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally; stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Split hours between Housekeeping Aide and Laundry to provide high guest service.
• Clean and restock linen closets and storage rooms with linen and supplies.
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
• Clean offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Split hours between Housekeeping Aide and Laundry, and in doing so, will provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations


• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies


• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups


• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells


• Cleaning of offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room


• Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• The Housekeeper will have experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience


• Desire to take initiative and self-motivate


• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking skills


• A certification sign off after completing training


• The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally. As well as the ability to move and stand for extended periods of time
