White Lodging, a leader in premium-brand hotels, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments and uphold cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction standards. You’ll lead daily operations, ensuring rooms, public areas, and staff spaces are well maintained.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory experience, a passion for service, strong communication, and attention to detail.

• Experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
