Job Description: Housekeeping Manager

7Pines Resort Ibiza, located on the stunning west coast of Ibiza, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The resort is renowned for its luxurious experience, stunning views of Es Vedrà, and numerous awards for excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring timely and efficient communication of room status to the front office.
  2. Inspecting guest rooms and coordinating cleaning schedules.
  3. Managing inventory supplies and ensuring all staff have proper equipment and uniforms.
  4. Supervising daily housekeeping operations to meet quality standards and budget goals.
  5. Participating in departmental and interdepartmental meetings.
  6. Maintaining safety standards within the department.
  7. Training and welcoming new staff, scheduling shifts, and recognizing employee achievements.
  8. Achieving and exceeding budgeted targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of luxury international hospitality experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience on Ibiza is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle guest interactions professionally.
  • Financial acumen to manage costs effectively.

Leadership qualities: Excellent organizational and communication skills, positive attitude, team-oriented, and capable of leading by example. Ability to delegate tasks and monitor performance effectively.

Personal qualities: Dynamic, proactive, and a team player who works well with others across departments.
