Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and team assignments.
• Supervise, coach, and support housekeeping associates and supervisors.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure luxury standards are maintained.
• Coordinate room readiness with Front Office and other departments.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Maintain linen, supplies, and housekeeping inventory.
• Ensure proper key control and departmental procedures are followed.
• Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
• Assist with departmental projects and operational initiatives.
• Support the Director of Housekeeping and assume additional responsibility when required.

This is a hands‑on leadership position for an individual who understands luxury hospitality and can effectively lead a housekeeping team while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest service.
