The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Front Office and other departments to maintain exceptional guest service and cleanliness standards. Spanish-speaking ability is required.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior housekeeping supervisory or management experience in upscale or luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Spanish-speaking ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and team assignments.
• Coach, supervise, and support housekeeping staff and supervisors.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain luxury standards.
• Coordinate room readiness with Front Office and other departments.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Maintain inventory of linen and housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure proper key control and departmental procedures.
• Address guest requests and housekeeping concerns promptly.
• Support Director of Housekeeping and assist with special projects.
