Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group in Kapaa, Hawaii, seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

You will manage a team, coordinate with other departments, train staff, and respond to guest requests, while promoting a welcoming, detail‑oriented environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• 2 years prior housekeeping experience
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful
• Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity
• High school math level required

Responsibilities

• Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
• Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas
• Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses
• Follow up on guest complaints/requests
