Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort, managed by Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor in Hawaii to lead room cleaning, public areas, and laundry operations. You will train, mentor, and inspect to uphold high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months in housekeeping, supervisory experience, and strong communication. English fluency and weekend availability are required.

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
