Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Hawaii. Lead a team to maintain pristine guest areas and support daily operations with a focus on readiness and hospitality.

The role requires 6 months in housekeeping, supervisory experience, and strong English communication. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and familiarity with housekeeping software are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
