Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations and uphold the highest standards of guest comfort on our beachfront property in Hawaii.

You will manage a team of housekeepers, train staff, conduct inspections, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
