Davidson Hospitality Group– Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook in Alabama is seeking a results-driven Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

In this role you will coordinate with staff, inspect guestrooms and public areas, address guest requests, and mentor team members to uphold the brand’s standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior housekeeping experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate with public and team members.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of scheduling and productivity.
• High school level math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests.
• Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas.
• Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses.
• Follow up on guest complaints/requests.
