• Assist other departments in overseeing the Housekeeping Department.

Overview

• To work with and report to the Director of Housekeeping
• To assist that the presentation, cleanliness and maintenance of the property is to the highest standards at all times.
• Supervise the general job performance of the Housekeeping Team and conduct training in line with departmental and individual needs.
• Working closely with all departments in the overseeing of the Housekeeping Department
• Be passionate about world class hospitality service in a 5* environment.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within a Housekeeping department in a similar style property
• Have experience and strong knowledge of Opera
• Will have experience in Training of Teams
