Job summary

Wayfinder Waikiki, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a hands-on Executive Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead daily operations, ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a vibrant Waikiki setting. You will supervise staff, train associates, manage inventory, coordinate with front office and maintenance, and perform regular inspections.

A high school diploma and 2–4 years in housekeeping with supervisory experience are required; weekend and holiday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations and guest room cleanliness.

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry and public area cleaning to meet cleanliness standards.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality.
• Implement brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
• Assist with training and supervising housekeeping staff and promote teamwork.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and lost-and-found procedures.
• Collaborate with front office and maintenance to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization and efficiency in all guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, maintaining quality control, managing inventory and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies.
• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping, laundry and public area cleaning; ensure all areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality control.
• Implement and enforce hotel brand standards, health regulations and safety protocols.
• Assist with the training and supervision of housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork among associates.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist in managing the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens and guest amenities; ensure lost and found procedures are followed.
• Work closely with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to enhance the guest experience.
