Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Wayfinder Waikiki is seeking individuals to join our housekeeping team. You will create exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and a commitment to a clean, comfortable room environment.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and the physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. You will clean rooms, handle linen, restock supplies, and respond promptly to guest requests to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Flexible scheduling; mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and vacuum guest rooms thoroughly to meet high cleanliness standards
• Collect and transport soiled linens for laundering
• Make beds and ensure rooms are neat, orderly, and guest-ready
• Restock room supplies and amenities (e.g., toiletries, towels, beverages)
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere in all guest rooms
• Perform other related duties as requested by the Housekeeping Director

Compensation
