Job summary

Le Méridien Dania Beach at Fort Lauderdale Airport is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations and lead a team in maintaining pristine guest spaces. You will coordinate with other departments, monitor cleanliness standards, and coach staff for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of housekeeping experience, strong leadership, and fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• 2 years prior housekeeping experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
• Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity.
• High school math level required.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests.
• Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas.
• Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses.
• Follow up on guest complaints/requests.
