Le Méridien Dania Beach at Fort Lauderdale Airport is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations in a luxury hotel setting. You will oversee budgets, drive guest satisfaction, and coordinate menus and inventory to deliver world-class dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a proven track record in hotel or resort F&B management, strong leadership and cost-control skills, and a ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
