Best Western Plus in Cranberry, PA is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations and training. You will manage staff schedules, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and guests.

The role requires leading with attention to detail, ensuring vacancy before entry, and coordinating replenishment of amenities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a housekeeper, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a housekeeping department.
• Train staff, create staff schedules, and conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Enter guest rooms following procedure from for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.
• Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Replace dirty linens and any other items with clean products.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway).

In this role, you will be responsible for housekeeping functions such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, bathroom sanitation etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive area for residents and guests.
