Job summary

Best Western Plus in Cranberry, PA is seeking a full-time Guest Service Representative to join our hotel team. You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage bookings, and respond to guest requests, while ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred.
• Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends.
• Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information.
• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls.
• Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs.
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties.
• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready.
