General Description:
As Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations and ensuring the Housekeeping team can meet business needs and deliver outstanding service and performance. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction.
