Job summary

Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of the hotel. You will ensure guests feel valued from arrival through departure, handling check-ins, bookings, and inquiries with grace.

Role requires strong communication, cash handling, and a friendly, problem-solving mindset. Flexible scheduling and team collaboration are essential to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cash handling experience is required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency with hotel software systems and front desk operations.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferable in a hotel or hospitality environment
