Join us as a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant at Omni Hotels & Resorts

Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel located in downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is adjacent to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center, and across from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

The property features diverse dining options including Seltzer's Modern Diner, OKC Tap House, Bob's Steak & Chop House, Park Grounds coffee shop, and a retail outlet, RareBird Gift Shop. Guests can enjoy Mokara Spa, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) with outdoor amenities. The hotel also boasts 76,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, including a large ballroom and outdoor pre-function area overlooking the park.

Job Description

This role offers a $1000 retention bonus, paid out as $500 after 6 months and another $500 after 1 year of employment.

The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel seeks a friendly and meticulous Lobby Attendant to service and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and executive offices, in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

1. Service hotel lobbies throughout the day.
2. Maintain cleanliness of all public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas.
3. Service the executive offices.
4. Maintain men's and ladies' associate locker rooms.
5. Service lobby and lower lobby pre-function space.
6. Keep lobby balconies neat and clean.
7. Maintain the main guest entrance in a neat and clean condition.
8. Ensure floral arrangements and plants are tidy and debris-free.
9. Keep ash urns, water fountains, and phone stations clean.
10. Service guest and associate elevators.
11. Ensure safety and security of hotel, guests, and staff.
12. Complete any assigned special projects.
13. Report maintenance issues or concerns.

• Ability to deliver high-level luxury service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to collaborate on special projects with management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with guests and coworkers.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
• Residency within 50 miles of the hotel.
