Work Performed:

The Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible for:

• Sanitizing and cleaning work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration
• Presenting the breakfast reception, including obtaining supplies, clearing dishes, wiping tables, and restocking the buffet
• Providing high-level customer service, resolving concerns professionally
• Performing duties as a bartender, busser, cook, or server as needed
• Knowledge of menu items, presentation, and preparation methods
• Proper food storage and temperature maintenance
• Following Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation
• Performing other duties necessary to fulfill the role

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous food service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Safety Training certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
