About the role

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the Spa, including locker rooms, treatment rooms, and all areas within the Spa. The responsibilities include wiping down furniture and equipment, cleaning restrooms and treatment rooms, remove dirty and replenish clean linens, and ensure treatment rooms are equipped with supplies needed to conduct business. This individual will be customer facing and must have service skills to interact with clients during their Spa visit.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Coordinate, schedule, organize, and upsell Spa services.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, be personable and helpful to clients.

What you bring to the role:

• Previous Public Area Housekeeping experience preferred; hotel experience is very beneficial.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and resort associates.
• Personable, customer-centric attitude.
• Listening skills to understand client needs/requests and ensure a positive experience
