Job summary

Mesquite Gaming Employment Center is seeking a team member to assist in housekeeping support across Mesquite properties. The role focuses on removing trash, stocking linen, and maintaining cleanliness in guest areas.

You will follow established procedures, work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and communicate in English. Physical tasks include lifting and moving supplies in indoor/outdoor environments.

No formal certification required; 18+; starting at $13 per hour in Mesquite, NV.

JOB SUMMARY

Remove garbage from buildings (VR) and/or floors (CB). Count and stock clean linen on buildings according to established pars for all Mesquite Entertainment properties.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

• Give accurate directions, guiding the guest if needed.

• Be observant; if a group of guests is checking in, know they don’t have enough towels and offer extra immediately.

• Tell the guest to “have fun” and “come again”.

• Tell about the properties and amenities to encourage the guest to have fun.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The work requires extensive and repetitive physical exertion, bending or kneeling repeatedly, lifting, pulling and pushing moderately heavy objects.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment involves everyday risks and discomforts typical of smoke filled environments and pet accommodated environments. Work takes place indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather. Use of safe work practices required.
