Compass Group USA, operating TouchPoint Support Services, is hiring immediately for a full time Housekeeper Lead at UAB St Vincent's East, 50 Medical Park Drive East, Birmingham, AL 35235. You will supervise housekeeping staff, train and inspect performance, and ensure service standards.

Schedule is full time, Monday–Friday with variable hours and rotating weekends/holidays. This role requires prior customer service experience and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality service to customers with attention to detail.
• Ensures assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly; documents late or absent employees.
• Resolves internal/external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates assigned staff breaks and distributes assignments.
• Inspects areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met.
• Trains staff and maintains professional conduct.
