The Courtyard Dayton University Of Dayton, operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, is hiring a Housekeeper Lead. You will supervise routine cleaning, maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, and serve as the primary point of contact for the housekeeping team.

Responsibilities include leading daily cleaning duties, stocking supplies, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety procedures. Prior supervisory experience and strong communication are preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Approach guests and employees with a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming per brand standards.
• Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• May assist with inspecting rooms and supervising room attendant duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
