Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure procedures meet unit standards.
• Assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensures staff report to work and clock in properly; documents lateness or absences.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates staff breaks and manages assignment sheets.
• Maintains security of keys and proper equipment checks.
• Inspects areas for cleanliness and explains deficiencies to staff.
• Conducts staff training and supports professional development.
