TouchPoint is hiring a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Ascension All Saints Hospital in Mount Pleasant, WI. Schedule is 10:30 pm–7:00 am, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping and leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff and inspects performance to meet unit standards.
• Trains staff and assists to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Coordinates staff assignments, breaks and coverage during shifts.
• Maintains records of attendance, assignments and equipment checks.
• Ensures cleaning supplies and equipment are available and functioning.
• Resolves guest issues and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
