Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare is required.
• Experience supervising staff in a healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains housekeeping staff to unit standards.
• Ensures staff clocking and attendance records are accurate.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepares assignment sheets and communicates changes during shifts.
• Coordinates staff breaks and maintains security of keys and equipment.
• Inspects areas for cleanliness and overall maintenance.
