Job summary

Concord in Louisville is seeking a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper) to lead quality inspections of guest rooms and public areas, supervise Room Attendants, and ensure a clean, comfortable stay experience.

• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of linen rooms, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.

• Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and guest service.
