Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping department and ensure clean, sanitary facility and resident apartments.
• Recruit, hire and train housekeeping staff with proper orientation.
• Manage staff schedules and timecards; monitor uniforms.
• Order supplies and monitor inventory; maintain equipment.
• Schedule cleaning rotations for resident rooms and common areas.
• Perform supervisory duties including annual reviews and discipline as needed.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when necessary and maintain building cleanliness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety Protocols.
• Travel as needed to cover shifts or training.
